About these terms

These terms cover this website and the products Stopmarker Studios sells. By using the website you agree to them.

Buying products

Products are sold on ClearlyDev and in our Roblox Product Hub, not on this website. Store orders are handled by ClearlyDev, which deals with payment, delivery and refunds under its own terms.

Buying in the Roblox Product Hub

The Stopmarker Studios Product Hub is an experience on Roblox. You pay for products inside Roblox, and delivery is handled by Parcel, a third-party delivery service that works through a Discord bot.

To buy from the hub you need a Discord account linked with Parcel. Parcel handles the linking, and the hub will not let you buy without it.

Roblox's terms and Parcel's terms apply to hub purchases. Roblox generally treats purchases made inside its platform as final. If something goes wrong with a hub purchase, tell us on Discord and we will look at it case by case. We cannot promise a refund.

The hub depends on Roblox and Parcel. If their rules or services change, we may change or remove the hub.

Using products

Our products, whether bought on ClearlyDev or in the hub, may only be used in games that you own or develop yourself. Do not resell, share or redistribute the models or their files, whether on their own or as part of another product.

Leaking our products is not allowed. This includes posting them publicly and passing them on to anyone who has not bought them.

Support

We offer support through our Discord server and ClearlyDev messages. We aim to help but cannot promise a response time.

Trademarks and affiliation

Our models depict real UK railway vehicles and equipment. Names, liveries and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to describe the products. Stopmarker Studios is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Clearly Development, Parcel eCommerce or any railway operator.

Liability

We are not responsible for problems caused by Roblox, Clearly Development or Parcel eCommerce, or by using our products in ways we did not intend. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
